departments; Provided timekeeping services for Corps and contractors for payment and payroll; Performed incoming and

Prepared monthly labor cost distribution sheets for the Vicksburg District utilizing Excel and Lotus; Entered time,
attendance data and cost into the Defense Civilian Pay System; Received, disbursed and processed leases, land damage and
relocation assistance payments; Prepared automated programming documents, budget documents, financial request documents,
bid requests, reports and correspondence using government automated systems; Performed data entry into various
databases; Maintained all file records and transmissions under the MARKS filing system.
Electronic Requests
Maintained electronic log of all parts and electronic requests with procurement status; Maintained and distributed
requisitions for sophisticated electronic, marine and microwave parts from electronics technicians; Maintained
Windows-based program on inventory; Updated the Electronics Group Property database for Vicksburg District; Maintained
index file on all cupboard parts and supplies with current required stock level and status of incoming and outgoing
parts.
Provided chauffer services for the 5-star general and visiting VIPs in support of the Vicksburg District mission; Schedule and Dispatch 10-15 vehicles daily to District, Division and military personnel utilizing the 40-fleet Government Motor Pool; Entered Reservation information using the automated vehicle reservation system; Performed 5-10 vehicle preventive maintenance and repairs per day in accordance with Government established maintenance schedule; Maintained all file records under the MARKS filing system.
